1. This General Campaign Terms and Conditions shall apply to AYA Pay’s Sure Win User Referral Spin Wheel Campaign ("Campaign") and shall be deemed and read as an integral part of the campaign.

၁. ဤ စည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များသည် "AYA Pay’s Sure Win User Referral Spin Wheel"ကမ်ပိန်း နှင့် သာ သက်ဆိုင်ပါသည်။

2. AYA Pay Level 2 Users ("Users") are eligible to join the Campaign with exclusion of AYA Bank PCL employees.
၂. ဤ ကမ်ပိန်းသည် AYA Pay Level 2 အသုံးပြုသူများအတွက်သာ ဖြစ်၍ AYA Bank ဝန်ထမ်းများ ပါဝင်၍မရရှိနိင်ပါ။

3. To participate, Users are required to refer three (3) Users and these referrals need to become Level 2 AYA Pay Users. The User earns One (1) Spin Wheel Chance per three (3) Level 2 Referred AYA Pay User.
၃. ယခု ကမ်ပိန်းတွင် ပါဝင်ရန်အတွက် AYA Pay အသုံးပြုသူများသည် မိမိ၏ referral code ကို အသုံးပြု၍ Level 2 အသုံးပြုသူ အသစ် သုံးယောက်ကို ရရှိရန် လိုအပ်ပါသည်။ မိမိ၏ Referral ဖြင့်  အသစ်AYA Pay အသုံးပြုသူ သုံးယောက်ရရှိတိုင်း lucky Spin ၁ကြိမ် ကံစမ်းခွင့်ရရှိမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

4. AYA Bank PCL reserves the right to amend, delete, or vary this Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion. Such notice shall be posted on AYA Bank PCL and/or AYA Pay’s websites and social media platforms.
၄. ဤ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများ၏ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ဖျက်ခြင်း အစရှိသည်တို့ကို AYA Bank ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်ဖြင့်သာ လုပ်ဆောင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

5. AYA Bank PCL shall be entitled to take any form of action against a user who abuses the campaign, including but is not limited to, any suspicious activities, or any attempts to circumvent the Terms and Conditions herein.
၅. ကမ်ပိန်း ကို အလွဲသုံးစားခြင်းများ ၊ သံသယဖြစ်ဖွယ် လုပ်ဆောင်ချက်များ စသည်တို့ အတွက် AYA Bank သည် အရေးယူပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသည်။

6. AYA Bank PCL’s decision shall be final. Any correspondence pertaining to the decision made by AYA Bank PCL will not be entertained.
၆. AYA Bank  မှ ယခု ကမ်ပိန်းအတွက် ချမှတ်သော စဥ်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်း များ သည် AYA Bank ၏ ဆုံးဖြက်ချက်အတည်ဖြစ်သည်။

7. This Terms & Conditions may also be available in Burmese language. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English version and the Burmese version of this Terms & Conditions, the English version of this Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
၇. ဤ စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို မြန်မာဘာသာဖြင့်လည်း ရရှိနိုင်ပါသည်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဗားရှင်းနှင့် ဤ စည်းမျဥ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များနှင့် မြန်မာဘာသာအကြား ကွဲလွဲမှု ဖြစ်ပေါ်ပါက၊ ဤစည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းသတ်မှတ်ချက်များ၏ အင်္ဂလိပ်ဗားရှင်းသည်သာ အကျုံးဝင်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။

8. This Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Myanmar and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the campaign shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of Myanmar Courts.
၈. ဤစည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံဥပဒေများဖြင့် အသုံးပြုရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ဆက်စပ်နေသည့် အငြင်းပွားမှုမှန်သမျှကို မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတရားရုံးများ၏ သီးသန့်တရားစီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်သို့ ကိုးကားရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။

9. Any promotion related claims shall be made within sixty (60) days from the date of the transaction.
၉. ကမ်ပိန်းမှ မိမိရရှိသော ဆုကြေးငွေများကို ရက် ၆၀ အတွင်း တောင်းဆိုရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။
