Terms & Conditions – MMQR Thingyan Rewards Campaign

1. Campaign Period

  • The “MMQR Thingyan Rewards” campaign runs from 1st April 2025 to 30th April 2025
  • Transactions made outside this period will not be eligible for the lucky draw.

2. Eligibility

  • This campaign is open to all MMQR-accepting merchants registered with AYA Pay.
  • Merchants must be active during the campaign period by accepting MMQR payments.
  • Only transactions made through MMQR will be counted towards the campaign.

3. How to Participate

  • Merchants must accept MMQR payments during the campaign period.
  • Minimum transaction amount to enter the lucky draw is 500,000/- MMK.

4. Prizes & Winner Selection

Top 5 Grand Prizes:

  • 1st Prize – 2,500,000 MMK (1 winner)
  • 2nd Prize – 2,000,000 MMK (1 winner)
  • 3rd Prize – 1,500,000 MMK (1 winner)
  • 4th Prize – 1,000,000 MMK (1 winner)
  • 5th Prize – 500,000 MMK (1 winner)

💰 Total for Grand Prizes: 7,500,000 MMK (5 winners)

Small Prizes (Total 25 Winners)

  • 25 winners × 100,000 MMK = 2,500,000 MMK
  • Winners will be randomly selected through an electronic lucky draw system.

The lucky draw will be conducted on 1st week of May, and winners will be notified via SMS, phone call, email and AYA Pay social media.

5. Prize Conditions

  • Prizes will be credited to the winning merchants’ AYA Pay Merchant Accounts within [7] days after the announcement.
  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other rewards.
  • If a winner is found to have violated the campaign rules, their prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected.

6. Fraud & Disqualification

  • Any suspicious or fraudulent activities (e.g., self-transactions or artificial transaction boosting) will result in immediate disqualification.
  • AYA Pay reserves the right to verify transaction legitimacy and disqualify any merchants who attempt to manipulate the campaign.

7. General Terms

  • AYA Pay reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice.
  • AYA Pay’s decision regarding winners and campaign rules will be final.
  • By participating, merchants agree to allow AYA Pay to use their names and business details for promotional purposes.
