AYA xCounters, as AYA Pay’s official service channels, are open daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, offering the following services:
AYA Pay WALLET SERVICES
Customer onboarding, KYC update, AYA Bank account linkage, cash in/out, over-the-counter remittances, mobile topup, bill payment, buy now pay later, virtual prepaid card, and general customer enquiries.
AYA Bank Digital Banking Services
Onboarding of AYA Mobile and AYA Internet Banking.
The daily limit of cash in, cash out, and remittance per customer is the standard daily limit set across all AYA Pay agents and AYA Bank branches. Customers do not need to make a booking in advance to cash out, offering much convenience for walk-in customers.
